registrationOur program runs from Monday, June 28, to Friday, July 2, 2010, from 9:00am to 3:00pm each day. Total cost for the 5-day camp is $250 per participant, but participants who register and pay before June 11, 2010, will receive a 10% discount! Our program is open to all children who are in grades 5, 6, and 7. DOWNLOAD REGISTRATION FORM HERE! Register in just 3 steps! 1. Download, print and fill out the registration form. 2. Attach a cheque payable to Carl Hofbauer for the appropriate amount. To qualify for the 10% discount ($25 off), your registration and payment must be received by June 11, 2010, at 3:00pm. 3.
